Vendors who have already been approved to attend for the 2017 season may download the 2017 Market Rules and Regulations and the 2017 Approved Vendor Stall Application 2017 by clicking the links below.
Please mail your completed Approved Vendor Stall Application, payment, and Certificate of Insurance (COI) to: Treasurer, Brookline Farmers’ Market, 178 Thorndike Street, Brookline, MA 02446, so that they arrive to our office by April 3rd. Or at the very latest, you can bring your completed application and materials to the April 3rd 2017 Pre-Season Market meeting and hand them to us person. We must have them by April 3rd.
PLEASE NOTE THIS CHANGE FOR 2017: The Brookline Health Department has informed us that all vendors returning from the 2016 season should already have received permit renewal application packets in the mail directly from the Brookline Health Department that you should complete and return as soon as possible to the town. If you have not yet received the renewal packet, or are a new vendor coming for the first time in 2017, please download the 2017 Brookline Health Department Permit Application Form to use to apply for your permit. Please DO NOT send your Health Dept. Permit application to us! It needs to go directly to the Brookline Health Department at the address on the form along with any other documents required by the Health Department such as ServSafe and Allergen Awareness certificates, and/or any other relevant State or Town permits. All vendors attending the 2017 market need to apply for their permits ASAP. If you have questions you can wait until the April 3rd meeting and then file for your permit immediately after.

Current Vendor Forms
Thank you for your interest in the Brookline Farmers’ Market!
At this time, the market is full for the 2017 season. The following application is for keeping a record of your information, on a waiting list of sorts. If you send in this application, it will be filed under “Potential Vendors” and assessed only if we end up with an opening. This is not a “first come, first served” type of waiting list. We strive to keep a certain balance of products at the market, so we assess vendors based on our needs. Should you choose to fill out this application below.
*Please keep in mind that the market does not have electricity.
